Biography
Dalton was born and raised in Lima, Ohio. He attended The Ohio State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy (2016).
He graduated from the Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law with his Juris Doctorate in 2019. While attending law school, Dalton served as a staff editor on the Ohio Northern Law Review and was employed as a Law Clerk at Cory, Meredith, Witter & Smith. He set himself apart from his peers, scoring in the top 10% of test takers on the Ohio State Bar Exam.
His practice mainly focuses on insurance defense, including third-party claims, first-party coverage issues, and bad faith claims. Dalton also has experience in business litigation and the enforcement of member/partner/shareholder’s rights in ongoing business concerns. He regularly advises clients regarding Landlord Tenant Law.
